Refund policy

We at Cowboy’s Children’s Classics love our products, and we believe that you love them as much as we do. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason with an item that you purchase from www.CowboysChildrensClassics.com, you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of your receipt of the item. In order to return an item, the item must be unused and in new condition, and it must be in its original packaging. To return an item, please simply send an email to info@CowboysClassics.com with “Return” in the subject line and we will contact you with further instructions. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response. Please note that, if you request a refund and your purchase was made with a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to the account that was used to make the purchase.

If you purchase a Cowboy’s Children’s Classics item from any boutique or distributor other than www.CowboysChildrensClassics.com, you should contact the boutique or distributor directly to process a return or exchange.
